The location here was great, and the free on-site parking was convenient, plus the room was clean with everything I needed.

The hotel room service was not 24 hrs. In a hotel such as the hilton, it should be 24/7. Also, the hotel bar closes at 10 pm on the weekends, should be at least midnight. Most importantly, my reservation was not in the computer. Had i not checked prior to arriving i would have had to wait a considerable time

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a very convenient area

we checked into room at 7PM. we went back to front desk to let them know we only had 1 towels and no wash clothes or bath mat. the front desk said they would get right on it. we left for the evening and when we retured-still no towels. went back to front desk and they gave they to me then. the bed was uncomfortable and after the a/c cut off, you could hear macine noices, found out that room 172 is next door to the elevator machine room. they should not rent out that room. have to say, thought managment did not charge for room. just disappointed!

Our stay was great. Bed clean and comfortable and plenty of clean towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would consider staying again if we are ever in the area.

Convenient check-in and late check-out, with a helpful staff. the hotel is situated on the outskirts of town, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, it's still a breeze to navigate and offers proximity to the casino and nearby attractions in Louisiana. 🏨

It was in a good location and was a great price. The room was clean, the pool was nice, the hot tub was great, hotel staff was very friendly. They gave free cookies to the kids and let me check in a little early for free.

The only bad thing about this room is the beds were hard.

We went to have breakfast, and I thought that it was complimentory, I ate a yugart, and a cup of coffee, Edie wanted grits and bacon, which she ordered. The waitress said that would cost $8+. My fault, I did not pay attention, I don`t eat breakfast, but will if I ever go to any of your Inns again, I will know. The next morning, we ate at Waffel house. I picked your Inn because of it`s high rating, I can afford any thing I want, and was slightly embaressed, but not enough to avoid Hilton Inns.

This place is located just half a mile from the airport and serves a quick and tasty breakfast.

The location was awesome. The rooms were clean. Lauren checked me in and she was very nice and friendly and checked on me when I got to my room to make sure everything looked ok.

The last night my mother stayed at the hotel. The young lady working in the evening (I think her name was Amanda) was very rude and unattentive when there was an issue with the cable. Other than that the rest of the staff was great and I would definately stay again!

Loved my relaxing stay for a quick business trip. This accommodation was in a central location in the business office. - It was adjacent to Shreveport, Louisiana.
